Service Charge
The directors believe that this amount will keep the accounts in a good place for many years.
All the directors are unpaid so all this money goes to the upkeep of the estate.
The Supplementary Service Charge for transfer of property remains at £100.
Annual Service Charge invoices are issued on April 1st every year.
